⚖️ Definition
It is an offence for a person without reasonable excuse -

(a)to do anything he or she is prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order, or

(b)to fail to do anything he or she is required to do by a criminal behaviour order.

- By doing something they were prohibited from doing by the order,
- Or by failing to do something they were required to do by the order
⚖️ Powers & Punishment
On summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months, or a fine, or both;

On conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years, or a fine, or both.
