Definition

It is an offence to -

Possess, record or access information from the internet
Which is likely to be useful
To a person commiting or preparing for an act of terrorism

Powers & Punishment

Six months imprisonment and/or a fine on summary conviction
Fifteen years imprisonment and/or a fine on indictable conviction

There is no time limit on when prosecutions can be brought for this offence.
