Offensive Weapon

Definition

Any person who possesses a weapon to which this section applies, in private is guilty of an offence.

Disguised Knife,
Footclaw,
Handclaw,

Knuckleduster,

Manrikigusari,
Push Dagger,
Shuriken,
Stealth Knife,
Swordstick,
Telescopic Truncheon,
Zombie Knife

Powers & Punishment

Imprisonment for a term not exceeding 51 weeks, and/or a fine
