At **(TIME)**, on **(DATE)** I accessed the images from camera(s) **(CAMERAS)**.


I produced an original copy from the system in a **(FORMAT)** format and I produce this as item **(EXHIBIT)**.


At **(TIME)**, on **(DATE)** I handed the original copy to **(OFFICER)**.


Whilst in my presence, the above Officer video recorded a copy of the CCTV footage using their mobile phone. I can confirm that I have seen this footage once recorded and it is an exact copy of the above CCTV exhibit **(EXHIBIT)**.
